I have had a look around the interent for byway laws and i have seen that you can drive down byways and restricted byways is this correct?

Can anyone help??????

No, you cannot drive either of those.

to put it simply, you can only drive BOAT's (Byways open to all traffic) some of these however are now closed to motor vehicles so you will need to check.
