When I bought my 2004 facelift V6 here in Canada the seller and I went in to change the registration.
The clerk gave us the 3rd degree as the $7000. I paid was 2 grand under the book value.
We both thought the price fair (If a bit high!) and exchanged surprised glances. The clerk needed
a reason so I said "Sunroof doesnt work" and she was satisfied and processed the transfer.
