On 23rd. May I placed an order with this company. I paid immediately by credit card.

Since then - ONE AUTOMATED EMAIL WELCOMING ME AND CONFIRMING THAT THEY'VE TAKEN MY MONEY

Their order tracking service shows - NO ACTION

Four emails from me to every email address that I can find - NO REPLIES

Can anyone tell me if they are still in business.

I got to them through the Bearmach site so I thought that they would be reputable and reliable. Obviously not!!!!

Got an order outstanding "cos they couldn't get stuff in stock. I hate internet sites that don't keep stock levels up to date. I'm gonna phone em tomorrow and see how they're getting on and I'll see if they will cancel the order and refund my money. They will talk to you on the phone. More later......

Just cancelled my order with them with no problems 'cos they're having problems getting new stock - try phoning them they seem quite reasonably and friendly.

Used them a lot - always found them friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Try calling them....

ordered lightweight parts 15/12/11.not had any contact back apart from conformation that i had paid.tryed ringing but no answer.help anybody

These guys are local to me and normally very good. I've used them for years, great lads! Maybe they are being let down by suppliers? keep trying them on the phone, they are normally more than happy to help
