i agree with old school the plugs on cast heads on fords were/are terrible for being arse nippingly tight and they were always skinny plugs too never actually broke any but had to heat gently with a wee jet, as for the guy who wrote this thread it sounds like you have bummed your engine get a mechnic to have a look and confirm its shagit if so you might as well get yourself a haynes manual and strip the engine and do some learning, lesson 1 dont bore out a plug in situ lol
