Welcome to my gang Sam lol. Sorry couldn't resist
not necessarily ,it would be loose once pressure has come off bolt through it snapping ,bearing in mind threads arent going to rust like they do on outside of engine
So that was a quick diagnosis
Guess we'll be all night for a truck now like you say Dom!
ffs sam i know its no good to you now but change to green flag, you would be home now. As you know ive been recovered once or twice and never waited more than an hour for recoveryYeah well AA computer said standard 'we are busy so expect collection no earlier than 12.30'
FFS but I guess that's an LZIR case closed, broken rocker shaft and thread stripped in hole.
Will update when on lorry, obvs pics will be provided!
Surprisingly helpful Shame he doesn't have a 10mm too... you could "borrow" his car to go somewhere you could get one from...?
My parents are only 10 mins from uttox but will be asleep so afraid i'm not going to wake them for a 10mm spanner!

It could be even worse, you could shatter a swivel ball slap bang in the middle of the Sahara Desert at 4pm on a Friday afternoon with the nearest point of help being a 7hr off road drive away.
I feel that breakdown is gonna take some beating...
