fitted some of their steering joints to my disco 6 months down the line it still goes roughly where you point it but the rubbers are splitting and its just crap really, fog light switch and rear heated window switch come on at the second time of asking, the cambelt that was fitted (let my old man oversee the building of my disco in England big mistake lots of sh$tpart on it) has stretched and many many more things like bearing seals etc etc but 2 seals are still good

Britpart wheel bearing and swivel bearings, 3 years off roading with negative offset wheels, 2 broken swivel balls and bearings all perfect and reused

Have different hubs fitted now but have disco hubs still and bearings are washed out, were like new on inspection

Surprising I suppose.

I've got some S***part wind deflectors on my 110 that are still tip top after 2+ years

And some HD springs and shocks that have been on 6+months, I'm actually impressed with them:cool::cool::cool:

I also think the front swivel ball came in a blue box and that has been no trouble for 4+ years:eek::eek::eek:

There may be some issues with some of the parts but one thing for sure Paddock always score top marks is there service. I've had a couple of dealings with them and I have always been pleasantly surprised the way they have promptly sorted any problems out and when it was a bit iffy as to who's fault it was they have absorbed the cost.

I've read the Britpart horror stories, but never had an issue with any of their parts personally. Never used anything electrical though and they seem to be the worst parts!

headlamps seem okay ( someone else also mentioned this )
every other lamp has been a problem , had to have breakdown out 2 weeks ago due to bulb holders dropping bulbs out( tail lights in dark),1 week ago carried a screwdriver and fixed it myself, 3 days ago holders fell apart completely, parts are a month old !
also month old is a full exaust system which is now getting serious rot

had lots of britpart stuff a month ago , moest of which has broken and been replaced

utter ****e

Hmm i have some ****part bumpstops-what could possibly go wrong lol

I'm going to gamble a series handbrake expander from them. I only actually need the rod that operates it as still have the rest spare, surely they can't get that wrong.

it can bash into yer chassis though

Err have you seen my landy? The bump stops are more style over function and pikey needs a ladder last time i tried to kill Him in it before adjustable panard rod

ah ok :)

I guess I will see it one day when I get down your neck of the woods.

I got brit part 2" lift springs, after four months they look realy good and are still strong.
Mind you they are in the box still....lol

Mine has britpart shocks fitted by the previous owner, I'm going to replace them whilst I rebuild it anyway but they seem to have lasted ok!
