Me too but when I found out Ashcroft's use britpart baulk rings and main shafts and that fella on youtube mike from Britannia restorations uses britpart it makes me wonder who makes the clutch it's not britpart and how do they fail or is it just chinese whispersIf you don't mind taking a chance then go for it, personally I just buy decent parts as I like to do the job once.

Ok but when you by a recon box from Ashcroft's it britpart baulk rings and mainshaft. That's worse than a clutch. I looking for facts like 3weeks the friction plate lost it linings ect
I fitted a britpart clutch in my 200tdi D1 probably 4 years ago (& unknown millage), not had any problems since & the Disco is used for towing & roadcar duties
suppose the ammount of britpart 'parts' sold there will be problems & failures, law of averages?
