Maybe 110woman would like some of the 'niggles' sorting out on her landy (if there are any still present) so she could bring parts (or list the faults/parts needed and see if anyone can supply em FOC or for a minimal fee) and we can try and fit em or rectify problems for her?

Shame its so far off ...i'm having the clutch and flywheel replaced and the gearbox looked at to see if thats the cause of my no 3rd gear problems in a weeks time. Expecting a bill of several 100 pounds :( Just hoping to keep it below the thousand pound mark :(

Anyone want to buy my clothes , shoes and handbags on ebay...frantically trying to raise some cash :(

Dont think it'll last til the show ....but the way my luck's going, they'll be loads more going wrong by then

have you priced up flywheel ?

Yep.

I was just giving a rough figure on the parts for doing the clutch.

If the flywheel is ok a 4 part kit is only around £100
if its been in any length of time it will need changing ,its surprising how often symptoms of worn flywheel only show up once a new clutch is fitted

I'm thinking of doing my clutch soon.

I was toying with going the solid flywheel route but as there is only around £50 difference in the overall cost of parts I figure there isn't a lot of point.
