Right so getting disco ready for MOT after its TLC session, brake pedal is solid as anything when engine is off, pedal is nice n hardddd! But when turn it on it goes all spongey again :s, its had new callipers and pads and discs all round and a new master cylinder in the last year. Is it something to do with servo? any help appreciated :)

servo is working well ,but you either have air or ballooning flexi etc, does fluid splash in reservoir when pedals pumped

shame youve got braided as you could have clamped hoses to try and narrow issue ,try bleeding it and take note of how many pumps each caliper takes to clear

I had a similar issue with mine. I had the calipers with three nipples and each one had to be bled in order for the air to be erradicated. A little air made a big difference in my system.

I used an easybleed in the end as I was on my own, worked a treat.
