Cooling system question again please but completely unrelated to my last question.
Snapped expansion tank return hose, temporarily fixed by RAC by roadside & system refilled with water.
Now need a new radiator because the snapped bit is the plastic moulding on the top right of the rad where the return hose fits on - unless anyone can tell me otherwise.
But my question is, is it safe to run the Disco with mostly water in until I can get the new radiator fitted? Probably a week or two.
