I'm tempted to stick some 215/80/15s all terrains on the steel rims I have - I appreciate that these will alter the speedo by around 3MPH, however are there likely to be any rubbing issues with the slightly bigger diameter 215s over the standard 195/80/15s?

yeh they fit on a treat. I have them on mine and I have seen a picture somewhere from "longdog" showing them on his motor.... They look the part and mine have proven to be a massive advantage when green laning over the standard 195/100/15's. They also give you about an inch lift over standard tyres... I haven't had any rubbing yet even while off roading but they might be tight if you give them some real hard core off roading but shouldnt be a problem under normal off road and on road conditions.

I can post a picture 2morrow when its light if you want

I've no idea what fits on a Zoolander, but I have a couple of Pirelli Scorpian 205/80s that you might like.

One barely used, other slightly used and slightly different tread pattern as it's a year or so older.

Without checking my spreadsheet I'd guess there's less than 1000 miles on them.

They came off when I accidentally fitted ATs all round - it's a long story :D

No problems with rubbing, and the extra ground clearance helps.

Thanks Ivokul & Longdog - they look the business! I was also minded to refurb the steels in black, they look pretty good on yours. Tim C- thanks for the offer, but i'm going to stick with the 215 ATs.

mmmmmmmmm

currently running on 17 inch late series 1 alloys with pirelli scorpions but after seeing that pic im liking the chunky tyre look.

might go back to my original 16 inchers with some chunky rubber !!!
