Polybushrs arrived today, these are the ones for the bottom.

Are these for the ‘cups’ ?

Polybush set 1W. Post 1994

Yep, them be the ones, usually they come with standard flat bushes but they're correct for your cup type shock mount.

aha ..... good job i didnt bash the cups off !!

ok, next question........

I got terrafirma shocks to put on.
they say to chop the cups off.
But i assume that's only if i use their bushes already fitted to their shocks. ?

If you're using Terrafirma shocks then keep their bushes, I have absolutely nothing bad to say after 2 sets of them, super shocks and the bushes last much better than the polybush equivalent I tried on an old set.
