Ok, I would do a volt drop test on the earth, I think the Cig lighter may be the easiest. You will need a multi meter connect the black lead to a good earth then next time the fault happens switch the meter on to volts and touch the red lead onto the cig lighter outer which is the ground side and note the voltage, if it is more than 300 mv you have a bad earth.
The earth point will be in one of the footwells and will be a stud with a nut on it. Don't undo anything yet, use the meter again and touch one lead onto the stud and the other onto the eye terminal, if you see any voltage there is a bad earth. If it looks ok ie no volts take the lead off the stud and earth it elswhere, if you now get a voltage reading the stud to panel joint is poor, which would make sense as when the panel is cold it contracts and the stud to panel connection becomes high resistance, then when it warms up it tightens up and works again. Also the only connection that I can see between all the thing that fail at the same time is the earth.
