u lucky sob :)

nice, got the split tailgate too instead of the door, don't know why they didn't do em all like that

Amazing condition! What's the chassis like?
Are you planning to restore or just get running? Either way glad to see it saved.

Where are all these barns hiding classics then? Perhaps I need to do some trespassing :)

First thoughts are just to get it back on the road, I've had it running but the seals have gone in brakes and clutch, the exhaust has gone, so I'll just work though the mechanicals and see how it goes.

looks lovely. only thing id do is put an original black steel pressed plate on the front. apart from that it looks mint.

I've now overhauled the brakes, sorted the exhaust & got the clutch working and it went out at the weekend for it first trip under its own power for 25 years.

Yay, fantastic! Having had a poke around now is the chassis and bulkhead as expected? Looks a lovely thing - had to look over all the photos again! :)

Why the different reg plates, 2nd lot of pics aren't 59 plates they have a A suffix. Or am i missing something?

I had to go to a DVLA office to tax it as the log book needed to be changed from PLG to vintage to get the MOT exemption, while there they asked if I wanted to take the A plate off and assign a age related plate, so I said yes please.

I'd guess some years back somebody transferred the original and was then given the A suffix.

Bloody lovely that, nice one mate, enjoy it. ;)
