Paul
Do you need anything bringing, doing ahead of getting there ?
When there do you need a hand with anything ?

Cheers for that, I don't think so! Marquee is coming on friday so might need a hand with that, Only thing might be extra tables for raffle stuff if we have enough. Everyone's bringing their own seats, tables, food, beer, etc so there's really not a lot to do. I have a small generator and will have two lights to run off it, a small music system and speakers .. that's about it! Cheap and cheerful, no hassle hopefully.

I'd just say to everyone just bring yourselves, a raffle prize if you like but no pressure to do so, a donation to the charity and have a laugh ..

We might need extra leaders on the Saturday, but it's an easy enough route.

Having said all that .. you just know that something will come up so it may be all hands on deck .. ;)

Oh, cake ... bring cake ... ;)

And beer ....

Thats where we stayed last time. Paul tried recently but it was booked up. Possibly available by september?
Anyway, for those interested, here's the pics from the last bakewell run -

Lol , we do have fond memories of the Miners Arms and the fab laning day ....I don't think we'll forget the landlady telling us that when every man an his dog came off the campsite for her full English breakfast , she felt she'd been 'royally butt- f***ed" ...amazing laning over the peaks ...if anyone can take you on a fabulous laning day up there ..it's Paul D ...good luck , hope it happens!

Paul, change please. Footprints for Polly is a really good cause. For anyone whose wondering what I'm on about, post 1 explains all.
OH, and Linda is doing cake of course.

Cheers guys.

Spoke with Pollies mum yesterday morning and she's chuffed to bits, then this morning her teacher/helper at school brought Pollie round to see my Landy .. ;)

how about getting a list up so we know how many people are actually going to come to this event ? then you will have an idea how many leaders you will need ;)
