Hi all did any one go to frickly on sun? as it was total madness, i love mud like the next landy lover but it was stupit i think at one point every one was stuck near the pond and how there was not an accident i dont no there seemed to be no one way systems no offcials to control thing god knows what would have happend if some one had got hurt.
I spoke to a few people the and mose said thay would not go back. that need to look after the site abit more like parkwood as the frickly site is just getting trashed

Glad I couldn't go then ...

We went last year when we had a dry day and it was quite good, but yes, the lack of any discipline, directions or even stewards put us off a bit as we normally go with the kids. You've confirmed what we thought it might get like ...

thay need to remember that mr joe soap might turn up with his disco that has never seen mud and not just cater for the hybrid landys
the site is trashed and thay use bricks to fill holes in which is not good

i have no idea were the stewards were as at one point there were a good 6 cars all moving about close to each other on a steep bank near the pond and other cars forced them back down the hill.

Frickly get a grip

how intresting i put somthing on the frickly web site guest book about how bad it was and also a make did the same.

Thay have both been taken off lol

frickley is a good site, even more so when its been raining, the last time we went a fourtrack full of chavvy looking kids rolled because they were driving at stoopid speeds and doin handbrake turns. Agree more disipline and a few marshall definately needed

Aye, no worries it's a good site, but it could be absolutely brilliant if they got their act together a bit more. If they catered a bit more for the standard end rather than the ****offI'vegotasixinchliftandspikedtyre brigade they could make a mint.

Have you tried the woodland area? They used to keep it out of bounds but I haven't been for ages, and it was like an extreme gnarly green lane ... but not a chassis breaker IYSWIM.

I've been to Frickley several times. I'm afraid to say that it is luck of the draw whether or not it is a good day or not.

When it isn't too busy it can be great, but it only takes a handfull of idiots, (usually young lads in MOT failures), to spoil it.
