If I was doing anything where it mattered about straightness I'd use a guide or similar but in this case I just ground it smooth and it'll be boxed in by plates so not worried, the rails are in pretty good nick which is good
 
Welded on now just doing the tow bar points and body mount and the weldings done :)

Gave the loom an extra wrap of insulation tape to protect it abit more. Was a pain to pull it back through though as the welding had melted the rope I used to tie off and so I had to retread a rope through the chassis to pull the loom through :rolleyes: bigger rope next time !
