Putting early disco 200tdi front and rear axles onto my defender 90 so I've discs all round. The disco axle has new twin pipe calipers on the front. Is it possible to use them, I guess with a splitter somewhere or would I be better selling the calipers and buying single pipe defender calipers. Anyone used the twin pipe calipers on a defender?

why are you changing front ?,you can use a y piece ,are the cailpers secured by hex or bihex headed bolts

Bihex bolts. Don't really want to drill any holes in galv chassis to mount twin pipes.... If I went to single pipe then here is a bracket already her. That's the only reasons why I was considering changing...

drilling a hole or 2 wont hurt ,but you can but defender calipers or single pipe calipers to that axle as long as they are metric fastening ie bihex heaed bolts, the holes slightly different size on imperial fastening calipers

Thanks for answer. After much searching I'm going to keep the twin pipe calipers and make a bracket that can take the 2 hoses, mounted onto the single hole on the chassis bracket ... If that makes sense.
