Hi, we are thinking of putting this cam in our 2.5L (110) engine that will reside in our Series III replacing a very tired original engine. GIRTIE, as she is affectionately known, is used only for 4x4 navigational rallying.

My question is 2 fold:
1. Does anyone have the specs for this cam? I called the company and the guy who knows is currently overseas and there is nothing on their web page

2. Has anyone used it, and if so what is their experience?

Thanks!

arent they over £200 each ?

you'd be much better orf putting a 200 in and taking the turbo off

Where I am 200's or any other engine are like hens teeth. 217 per cam will end up being less than bringing in a whole engine!

where are you ?

unless the engine is in tip top condition and you can tune it to make best use of that new profile you'll be waisting yer money - and even then you'd be lucky to see half the grunt that a bog standard 200 could give

Barbados is where I am!

We have port and polished the head, shaved it down to 10.5:1, doing a complete rebuild of the 2.5 engine. (pistons, bearings etc) The cam is the last bit for this engine.
