It's only been two weeks, just concentrate on the honeymoon and that afterglow !!
Evoque interior probably isn't going to stand up to show stuff being carried in it. For showground purposes, and old D2 like mine is hard to improve on! Plent available at rock bottom prices! The Mrs has been carefully brought round to the idea of a range rover rather than a Nissan Quashqai, but she has settled no further than an evoque. I have tried to coax her into a proper RR and a Discovery 4 but she does like the Evoque.
Apart from not having a transfer box, what are they like with a bit of gentle off roading? I have my series 3 which suffices for my slower, more leisurely driving and greenlaning. We will be shortly buying a small holding for her horses so maybe a bit of driving through horsey showgrounds and maybe up the field when it's wet it will be used as a daily driver.
So, yay or "neigh"?
I agree with the gaylander 2 comment. Why get one in a frilly dress when you can get the original for cheaper? I do not agree with the qashqai bit, an xtrail if you must but not a qashqai ffs!Personally, I wouldn't touch an Evoque it looks to me like a Freelander which has been in a bad smash, a$$ ended by a truck (causing the rear end damage) and smashed into the truck in front (causing the front end damage) and somehow rolling onto it's roof (hence the squashed roof)
I would go for a FL2 all day everyday over an Evoque, I am not a Jap car lover but would rather a Qashqai over an Evoque...
My eys, my eyes, my beautiful eyes.......
Need to un-see, need to un-see....where the MiB flashy thingy??????
Here's a 4x4 that fits a niche like the Ejoke..
Not convinced that that is as bad as a SsangYong for looks. Styling is dodgy, I grant you, but in other ways that might not be too bad, short overhangs, ground clearance, looks well balanced, and I guess it is all Landcruiser under the sh!ite bodywork. Might be worth a spin round the fields if it had better tyres on!If you want a fugly SUV.. i present..
Oddly, I'd drive that!!
Love the XJS anyway
wonder if its the v12 that would be funHere's a 4x4 that fits a niche like the Ejoke..
