Has anyone had pipes made up by a hydraulic specialist, instead of the standard ones?
I though about this driving past an agricultural engineers who can make up hoses etc.
Not wanting to sound daft, surely the pressures in the ACE system are not much different to brakes or plant hydraulics?

The prospect of spending over £200 on a rear pipe set is not good.
Jim.

it's not very hard to improvize, even the valve block can be modified to accept ''classic'' fittings, i've seen a very nice job done once and the cost was less than a conversion kit, just take into account that the pressure at full action can reach 140 bar and use the proper bits for that, that's all

I've got a leak which I going to fix later but am looking through works hydraulic catalogues and going to make some. Also looking at stainless steel if it will take the pressure.
