May be doing a flight to biarritz in the next couple of weeks if its any help to. But its touch and go, excuse the pun, so unreliable and i have a feeling you may want sooner.

Again, very kind, but if you are flying Ryanair it would take up most of your luggage allowance and Biarritz is further from me than the channel

Nah I fly some cle-onts around in a private jet and Biarritz is one of their holiday homes. Luggage wouldn't be a problem..just a thought anyway...

Flights to the UK? Not really, I always drive as the kids expect their wine supplies. They are having a dry Christmas this year as we are not coming over.
Saving for the gearbox replacement.

They can only come in school hols, unfortunately the alternator knew this and chose to die at an inconvenient time. Trouble is the car is blocking the barn

Armature went up in smoke, probably due to old age or the regulator failing. The smoke was quite amazing
It is 26 years old so it has done well. It's off my MR2. May have found a secondhand one at a price I can afford
