All anti-roll bars that I have seen suffer from damaged or corroded 'collars' to prevent the bar sliding through the rubber mounts.

I am about to fit my powder coated suspension bits, which includes an anti-roll bar and was about to make some split, drilled and tapped collars to fit when I found these !

Anti-roll bar is 0.81 inch diameter and so 13/16 inch should be a pretty good fit.

Been there done that :)

they can even be used on the bolts on spot lights to try and stop the thief's must get the right size though

Just reviving this thread briefly here. I've recently fitted collars to the ARB (great tip @andyfreelandy ) on mine but I'm now trying to source poly bushes that aren't a fortune. Whilst searching, I've discovered some suppliers selling poly bushes for the early narrower bar only (up to -YA models), and others simply stating "fits all models 1998-2006". My concern would be ordering from one of the suppliers saying "fits all models" is that it won't actually fit the 1A+ models.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Early bars are indeed thinner. Weirdly later poly bushes are a load more expensive as you have found.
Why not stick to OE rubber replacements?? They last about 18 years in my experience!! That is what I fitted when I fitted the refurb bar and collars.

There are some poly on sale on eBay now for like 7 or something. Might perform better. I have both and in my experience poly are harder to fit.

I fancy some as I feel there are two places on the freelander where it would benefit from poly rather than standard - the diff front mount (which I've done) and the arb bushes. It's not the end of the world at all though, I'll just go for OE ones if I can't find any that aren't reasonably priced.

The only ones at that price I can find on ebay are for the early bar, unless you have a link?

I put the earlier ones on mine. There's only 1mm difference in diameter in the ARB, so the poly bush just clamps a bit tighter on the bar.

Mine are fine, and have been in for a couple of years now.

Use some plumbers silicone grease to lubricate when fitting. ;)

I'll give those a go then.

I presume they are split?

Thanks Andy. As the link expired found those ones: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4PCS-Spl...275.c10&&&var=473808910284&varId=473808910284 and was wondering if 3/4 size might not be better as on my one the
coating is gone and therefore to ‚squeeze‘ it in? Having copper paste here which I could use instead though. Otherwise anyone knows about those aftermarket? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/302188083229

Thanks for all the help. I've tried the ebay link but it says that the page is missing. So I'll just use the jubilee clips for now.

Search 13/16 inch split collars on ebay. There are loads of them

A jubilee clip is not going to be easy to fit and doesn't have a good bearing surface, it will likely cut into the rubber bushes and you'll be back to square one!!

Are the collars missing? Surprised you didn't notice when you changed the arb bushes.
