Yeah just concerned you may damage a damper, at the very least id flex test it before heading out on the trail!

Just done some measuring. The axel hits stop 1" before shock is bottomed. And the wheel hits body a long time before the axel hits the stop lol....

Yes the driveshaft and cv.

Never mind. Was only a few minuits to put right. Just a pain in the arse when I wanted to go home

Fair bit of lol there.

Who forgets the shaft and CV?! :p

Did you try to attach the circlip until you realised?!

No I was checking the preload and wonderd why I could turn it so easy. Was only the seal On back and 2 top hat bolts to remedy lol

Been buying some more bits. Got full wading/breather kits on all axels gearbox and tfr box. Also timing case. Got the plugs for the bottom. Brought new caps for alllll the bleed/grease nipples as I'm fed up of poking the mud out before I can do anything :D. 2" lift blocks on the rear as it's sitting abit low with all the weight it has init. Now is much more level and drives abit smoother. Also changed my sunroof model roof map holder thing for a non sunroof model one painted black to remount the cb onto and a bunch of switches. Re working the roof lamps with relays etc because I was a lazy #### last time I did it and it's nagging me.... Annd I think that's about it at the moment. Some pics will follow..

Ohh and almost forgot. New tensioner bearing belt and viscous coupling. Not because it's chirping. But because the viscous has play. And why the hell not do the bearing at same time. :). Pics will be tomorrow or Monday.

I'll be changing just the bearing in this. Remove the bolt on the pulley. Left hand thread! So opposite to normal

Then remove pulley and circlip. Press out old bearing. Press in new one. Refit circlip. Pulley. Job done.

Pic of roof console. Still needs switches etc.

And breather hoses.
