Stick with the d2 I love mine yes ive had to fix a few problems and still got a few problems left like battery going flat. But compared to the amount of jobs the wife and four kids and a factory full of muppets breaking machines day and night its easy sailing.
I dont get chance to post very often but I do read this forum a lot and it is very informative
and honest
 
Update: Currentely having a reconditioned engine fitted. I've had the chassis checked for rust, and there's just a tiny amount near the fuel tank, so it's being waxoyled as well.

Hopefully have her back next week.
 
All fixed and running perfect. Very glad to have stuck by her. Big thanks to Mark Prinold in Stoke on Trent who installed a new rebuilt engine for me.
