I brought my Freelander 7 months ago, when my main car developed a problem and I needed something to get me to work whilst I was saving up for the repair.
I've fitted a DVD with reversing camera, and Heated leather seats for just a couple of hundred quid (thanks eBay). It's been a brilliant car, economic and reliable - 2 words you don't hear very often with a Land Rover.
My normal car is now back and my Freelander - now surplus to requirements has been sold to my nephew (replacing his troublesome X5) as it was just too good to sell to a stranger.
I must admit I will miss it, as it was great fun to drive, much more nimble than my wifes Range Rover sport, but with my normal car back, I just won't use it.
I'll point my nephew in the direction of this forum as It's been very informative, but for now it's goodnight from me.
