hi all my swivel housings dont have the smaller square headed level plug?? is this right there aint even a hole for it to go in th only one ive got is the the larger aquare filling plug at the 2 o`clock position on the housing????

That's right all that was stoped around the time the one shot grease method was introduced.

ah right that explains a lot i was getting worried so next question is after changing the leaking gasket on my stub axel how much one shot grease od i put in just till it comes out the filler hole??

errrr, lemme think about it? would it be one shot? ie one packet of grease

The question is ....................... how does one shoot it?

Never needed a 12 bore to work on a car before

The amount of grease used is 375cc

Land Rover sell the correct amount for a swivel in a sealed packet, pt. no. STC3435. (A cut the tip off and squeeze packet)
