Can we share with you? that 1 man tent and leaky bed will just not do if we are cycling this time.I'll be there, and will be sleeping in my newly acquired motorhome...oh, did I mention that I bought a 5 berth motorhome? No more roughing it in a damp tent for me

I doubt the landy would make it off the island without a drama.
I also have a little known medical condition that sadly prevents me from sleeping in a tent or a caravan. The only cure for this is a 5-Star Hotel with a golf course and mini-bar.
However, I may attempt to attend if I can secure a suitable residence for the period.

The hotel in the grounds is uber pricey but staggerable distance. There's a budget hotel about 7 miles away...and taxi service can be thrown in gratis.
If flights can get to Birmingham then you could be picked up from the airport.
I shall ask Jeeves to enquire about said hotel, although a name / location would be handy...
