No it may be that brass coloured lever on the bulkhead by the clutch pedal.
My advice is get a manual for it and change ALL the oils on it, grease up the ball joints, change anti freeze along with a good thermostat, brake fluid, clutch fluid.
Might asweel take the drums off and check the shoes are OK.
After you have done all that, get out laning in it.

If you mean green lanes like off road in Cornwall they break stuff ,the back roads are rough enough

Yeah but they tend to end up ending there criminal careers very quickly and equipment gets given back if it goes anywhere at all
