When does it happen?
Could be something like a sticky valve in the compressor unit, but it could just as well be a bag, even though they've been changed recently.
What happens if you leave the vehicle with the ORM selected?
they self level when you park them up, they will drop quite a bit if you park one wheel on a curbWithin 30 seconds of getting out of car, then hours later still same height

Its meant to do that it helps you get out/in.
So following on from my recent pump failure I researched a lot and just renew the air springs, valve block with new and repaired the pump during my research I found out about the automatic operation of the SLS. Every time we turn off and exit the car it vents air and lows approx 40/50 mm as its meant to.
Some interpret this as away of it making it easier to enter the car next time round with it being lower but its just the SLS doing its thing.

Quirks and saftey , so normal operation then and as interpreted on other sites an aid to exiting and entering the car ? Iv not actually taken a tape measure to it but it does raise and lower as stated.
I find that parking with the driver's door next to the kerb aids in entry and egress from the Disco. Not sure 20mm is going to make a big difference to getting into a D2 tbh.
Cheers
