even un-plugging the battery will not 100% guarantee the calibration stays the same, mine didn't! also the bags are a service item after a number of years,
HI, the member you are asking was not on the forum since july and has 7 posts in 8 months so he might not answer soon... how comes that hawkeye total can't calibrate while the ''classic" one can? ... are you sure you checked well the ABS - programming menus? if your problem is that you found the calibration menu but you dont know how i'll tell you and you dont even need calibration blocks only two jacks....i have the Hawkeye Total which will not calibrate.
Hi What have you actually done or changed? Air springs /sensors? and what is the car doing?Hi Andrew
I am currently experiencing this very problem. i have the Hawkeye Total which will not calibrate. Im not very savvy with the computer but would appreciate having a chat with you if possible.
John
Can the Hawkeye calibrate the SLS then ?? The reason I ask is, I recently bought a Nanocom Evo over the Hawkeye Total and the only reason is that I contacted Bearmach asking if it would calibrate and was told no.HI, the member you are asking was not on the forum since july and has 7 posts in 8 months so he might not answer soon... how comes that hawkeye total can't calibrate while the ''classic" one can? ... are you sure you checked well the ABS - programming menus? if your problem is that you found the calibration menu but you dont know how i'll tell you and you dont even need calibration blocks only two jacks
based on that:Can the Hawkeye calibrate the SLS then ?? The reason I ask is, I recently bought a Nanocom Evo over the Hawkeye Total and the only reason is that I contacted Bearmach asking if it would calibrate and was told no.
better go into the ABS - programming menu and see for yourself... you dont need blocks it's doable with two jacks or even with one under the towbar if the vehicle is on perfect plain ground, i did it several times with my classic hawkeyeI did splash out and buy a Hawkeye Total (done a lot of overtime over x-mas) and set up the suspension with very little effort and some home made calibration blocks.
I’m guessing that means it can then. That leaves me wondering why Bearmach would say it didn’t ??based on that:

I don't have a Hawkeye though. I opted for the Nano Evo on the back of them saying it does not calibrate SLS. I just phoned them 5 mins ago to confirm this. They say in ABS mode, it will raise and lower suspension, but will not calibrate/set heights. Confused.comBearmach gave some strange answers in the FAQ section of hawkeye too, better plug it in and see for yourself
Interesting, i'm confused too that a newer version of hawkeye can't do what the first generation can.... though it happened with Lynx too which is also made by omitec that the first generation interface was smart enough and the latest Lynx EVO is full of sh*t
It is interesting and disappointing. If it had done this I would have bought it. I also asked them if they were planning an updated version that does, and the answer was no.Interesting, i'm confused too that a newer version of hawkeye can't do what the first generation can.... though it happened with Lynx too which is also made by omitec that the first generation interface was smart enough and the latest Lynx EVO is full of sh*t
Is it the original version or the Total ??My Hawkeye let's me set the SLS to any height I want
TOTAL?Original
