those Stanley fubars look ace, I shall have to get one now

is it a coincidence they called it a fubar or is it named after what it can do to things :D

So today I managed to get the new brake lines in. :) all seem good but I need to make an adaptor for my brake switch. Striped and cleaned both the brake and clutch master cylinders. Saying that I am having a problem with the brake master CB. It's seems that when you release the pedal the piston isn't coming all the way forward again, thus not allowing fluid from the reservoir down into the chamber. When cleaning there was a lot of crap in there and it was pitted in places. When you push pedal you get pressure and suction on the brake pipe side. Forgot to get pics maybe rosedrops will put some up tomorrow.

Zombie killing weapon/ Stanley fubar hammer/wrench/crowbar

So spent another day on the brakes. Filled the system and fixed the leaks :). Have three of the cylinders moving which I think is a good start. Made a bracket and adaptor pipe for the stop lamp switch. Got that mounted and it works :).

Have two problems.

Rear left wheel cylinder is ceased totally. So going to try stripping it and cleaning. Any tips or advice on how to do this would be very gratefully received. The second is the front left bleed nipple is stripped and ceased. The bolts holding the cylinder in are also ceased. Have applied lots of WD ad will try removing the cylinder tomorrow. Can you get the nipples on their own?

I am planning dual tank. But I'm having a problem trying to figure out how to plumb it. I have the change over for the feed ok. The problem is the waste return. I can't figure out how to do this. Any ideas?

Was wanting to stay with the original change over. But could use one for the return and take the control from the gauge switches.

you need another change over , it can fill one tank quite quickly from return with a diesel engine
