yes but as long as the DCVs dont click on the circuit test the problem is most probably with the circuit or the ECU cos i doubt that both are dead... the resistances of the solenoids should be as i told you...the ECU is suspect cos if it was some open circuit to the DCVs it should have recognise it as fault IMO albeit the ACE ECU is one of the most strange ones from all
i've never measured one of that also be aware that the values i told you are from my vehicle's original block which is the early type though as long as the ECU is the same i presume the solenoid's resistances should be very closeActually Fery do you know what resistance values the valve block for RR Sport AES solenoids are? (Same as Discovery 2?)
