?the system is open center type in that oil flows to block then straight back by return theres little pressure until oil is diverted to rams and cant return, have you tried testing it with hawkeye or similar

Yes I have

Keeps failing to orange and switching off main relay.

You'll not get low presure code at 15-17 bar ... just confirm, withbridged relay's contact do you get voltage oacross the other two cavities where the coil should be?... on another note, the pressure control valve(on the back side) must have 5.6 Ohm and the two DCVs 2.7 Ohm so you can measure resistances

So as soon as it is powered up the solendoids should operate?

Relay end is all OK.

I just jumpered the power in rather than relay coil.

I did jumper but when testing the DCVs on Hawkeye heard nothing.

But tested DCVs 3 and 4 on test and neither clicked (should they?)
Yes they should, verify C0377/0391 to be well connected , the circuit to the DCVs goes through it

Well connected and no problems

Rear solendoid 4.something Ohms

Now sleeting and going datk

Is the warning light a MOT failure ?
"The UK MOT test now includes a 'Malfunction Indicator Lamp' check. The examiner is now required to visually check that warning lights for safety restraint systems, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring systems and anti-lock braking systems are not permanently illuminated"

Not sure if this would come under stability control, so could be a possible fail.

Any way of bypassing the warning light

Col
Well other than fixing it I suppose you could just disable it for the MOT, you can jump 2 pins on the ACE ECU, search for it online, or if you know someone with a Hawkeye or similar who could temporally turn it off..
You have any idea whats wrong with it?

I have the Nanocom and it comes up with Fault 03-04 Pressure Control Valve Fault.
After doing a search it was recommended to change the pressure transducer and filter, so today I did change parts,
Still coming up with the same fault.
There was no fluid loss, but when I looked inside the reservoir with the engine running there is no sign of turbulence indicating the pump is not pumping fluid.
How do I switch the alarm off using Nanocom ?

Thanks

Col

I take it you cleared the faults after you done the work and the light still came back on?
That code is for a Pressure Control Valve from what I've searched, but if there is no turbulence I would have though the pump is the problem.. maybe try one from a breaker?
Not sure on Nanocom, on my Hawkeye I think it was under chassis section and programming, ACE TO NON ACE.
