Sierra. My warning light comes on after 10 or so miles and goes out after I turn off ignition but, will come back on again as soon as I drive into first bend. I am getting the 04-02 Direction control valve current out of range on my Nanocom. Fault wont erase. Where do I go from here?....Thanks for any help and sorry for hijacking thread....
"If this fault code was shown by nanocom it might be wrong, double check with hawkeye or other to make sure... or unplug the pressure transducer and read codes again

btw do you have the warning on? cos if not the code is hystorical and you can forget about it

here is some input https://discoweb.org/forums/showthread.php?t=72637 though BBS states that with the last firmware upgrade the ACE functionality was fixed, i didn try to compare with hawkeye which is 100% reliable with ACE but i have no reason to contradict them at this point.... i'll make some comparative tests with both tools with unplugged transducer when i'll be in the mood and report the fact is that it's better to double check the code before money is spent

Sorry m8, the fact that you've got DCV code with transducer unplugged shows only that you can't rely on nanocom for this... but let's hope you are lucky and the transducer was the fault...it's all about luck now not proper diagnosis

I see your point.....Fingers crossed it's pressure transducer and not solenoid. From what I've been reading the transducer seems to be a common failure item.....
