Whats your bulkhead like? are you looking at galvanizing that?Just 1 week into the strip down (managing to get a few hours each day) and it’s going... ok! Body off, engine and trans out... bulkhead next... I want to do a full thread on the rebuild eventually. Few pics attached.

The bulk head is actually very good... it was one of the reasons I bought this one, I knew the chassis was shot. A little corrosion behind the door seals, but think this can be managed and either treated or cut out, but other than that bh is surprisingly good. Other than that pretty good everywhere else. Some galvanic corrosion on seat box sides and same area on tub, but again repairable / replaceable.Whats your bulkhead like? are you looking at galvanizing that?
It’s a shame as some of the main rails are actually quiet good... then there’s bit that aren’tIt’s amazing how much rust hides under what looks like a very tidy Landy!

Good luck with the rebuild and keep me posted on progress!I am also getting ready to carry out a chassis swop on my 90, ordered my Richards chassis back in November and requested a delivery date of March giving me time to prep the chassis before I SORN the vehicle 1st April and get stuck in! Was in luck that on the day I placed my order I did a check of discount codes that might be available and sure enough I found one on their Facebook page which has effectively covered most of the delivery cost.
Don't have the luxury of a barn / workshop as per your photos (very envious) so will be doing it all on the driveway. This has the advantage of being covered by a cantilever carport however with the driveway being only single width it means that the new & old chassis will be parked in line (not side by side) making it slightly more difficult to move large / heavy items around. Hopefully my neighbour will not mind me stepping onto their driveway from time to time.
Super will take a look, so far it’s not felt to difficult. I’m fortunate to have a mechanic friend so engine etc he’s going to help with. Then repairs to body etc...Excellent! Well done on getting started.
