1999 TD5 GS,one of the third row headrests keeps dropping down slightly rather than staying up to the headlining like it should. Any ideas on why its doing this and how to repair it?

Thanks Charles I will give it a go tomorrow
Took it down today and have found the root of the problem. The headrest had been pulled down while still locked in place, causing the bodywork where the bolts fix to be pulled outwards! so banged the panel flat again and off to get the headrest bracket welded in place because the nuts have been pulled through the metal work!!! I cant believe anyone could cause this much damage to a car because they are too stupid to use a catch!!
