Good question I shall go and ask them, they did say they had to measure three times which suggests one was not done. I have checked the easunlock heights once but I will try again
The harmonic damper is solid, I have a camera I use for flying model airplanes I shall try using it underneath.
I'm not short of a bob or two i'm saying I can't afford to keep paying for something that does not work. can you?. Cheers
We all do, we own Range Rover's, in fact I've got two so double the trouble.;):D:D:D

Check the height's, if they are not right throw it back at them, why pay for something that isn't right.Stick with it mate, you will be soooo disappointed if you go the way of the Devil.;):D

I did not have any instructions with it, only the videos that the guy uses to show how to use it. When checking for faults and you have finished it shows him clicking the unlock button and then the finish button.
But when he is showing you the height adjustments and finishes he just presses finish and not the unlock key. So I am wondering has he forgot to press the unlock button before the finish button , or don't you have to press the unlock button.

I have checked the heights again on easunlock program, Standard and Motorway and High are correct, but I cant get it to go down to access.

have you checked that the rear bags are folding over correctly and one of them has not been kinked and not folding over itself?

The suspension works ok now thanks to checking the handbrake. I have found what the bang on the rear was. thanks to fitting a camera underneath.
The bolt out of the top of the shock absorber had come loose. Replaced it torqued it up. I'm now a happy bunny. Many Many Thanks to you all for your help and stopping me from converting to you know what.:p

Excellent news :)

I'm kinda chuffed I was along the right lines of "just because it's new...." It just pointed in that general direction since it was all recently done.

But epic on both counts that she's as she should be, it just makes your day when it comes together like that

I was supposed to be doing George today, but fathers day struck

Ahh well, I scored a hug from my lad, a bottle of plonk and a day sat on my arse watching I Am Legend, the alternative ending....worth a watch actually.

:)

Well done that man, these car's are sent to try us and it's nice when you get the better of them.:D:D

Ha Ha well done. Love it when it's something simple. I've been caught out many a time looking for the complex solution only to step back and find it's something basic. I wonder how much the main stealer would have charged for the many hours the young inexperienced apprentice may have spent solving your problem?
