just looking at the Cylinder Heads on Paddocks

There is the standard one then they have the "new style"

Note - This head has additional waterways for improved cooling. Use multi-leaf metal head gasket (LVB500220 - 3 hole) with this head

Which would be the best one to go for:confused: both are the same price £295

Thanks people :)

Yeah i noticed they just sell the LDF500180 So im guesssing its the better one?

I would but from there but they are £115 more expensive then got VAT on top etc and i just cant afford that :(

hi, dont know what decision youve come up with but i have fitted the new style head to my 300 disco and its the best its ever been. The new heads run the steel gasket which is always gonna be stroonger than thhe original item.Ive had nothing but problems with the original heads cracking over the years. I admit i do run a lot of boost pressure and always run with pumps turned up i dont know exactly what it is about the new head but it stomps now !! Running 18psi and lots of fuel ! Money well spent in my opinion :)
