Hi All,

Sorry to resurrect an old thread! This has been very helpful so far, as some doughnut (me) didn't do his research and smashed my oil pump drive gear lugs off.

I've got the old one off, pump seems to be OK scoring-wise but I'm having trouble finding a replacement cog/drive?

Short of buying a secondhand box and pulling one out, where is the best place to buy a new one?

it’s says for P38 but it’s for the HP22 box. So not sure if it’s the right size for your TC, I know there are different size ones but shafts and sleeve may all be the same. but worth ringing these guys anyway they have loads of bits rather than the whole box.

Brilliant, as far as im aware, the 4HP22, 4HP24 / 24A share the same pump. Although i am happy to be corrected!

The 24 is a bigger pump but could still be the same size lugs and TC sleeve the 24 usually houses the biggest TC for the 4.6.
But there are 2 smaller TQs .

So you may need to do some research before getting that 1.
