Hi all. I have a 300TDI fitted to a series 3. Only had it a few weeks and have been concentrating on getting it through an MOT (Passed). When cold if I accelerate above all but a crawl it knocks. This goes when its warm but re appears under heavy acceleration. So when driving it I can't benefit from full throttle without the knocking. But I can drive normally without any knocking. Does this sound like advanced pump timing to you guys? I have checked the tappets and set them all to a tight 0.2mm.
