I really thought I might get myself a low mileage, well maintained 110, but clearly i was not the only person with this idea.
If that's how fender prices are going then I better get a wall poster and give up on the real thing.
Any another members go to the sale or even get one of them?

with those being unmolested, and close to 25 years old. They will/could be prime candidates for export to the USA where they could sell as is for approx $20,000 and if they were put into a as new condition they would be worth$40,000 plus

Crazy money. I guess the service record should be excellent, and they are all low miles.

Just do what most here do: buy a "bargain" and spend a fortune spread over several years bringing it up to a decent standard. I'm including myself here - my last "bargain" Series III cost me £7k in parts.
