bencorkill Well-Known Member May 3, 2013 #109 Do you have to use heat proof paint on the plenum and inlet and rocker cover ?

Mr Noisy Coming in your ears. May 3, 2013 #112 Anything really, enamel is best or use a basecoat with a quality 2pack lacquer. I used aerosol basecoat and lacquer from Halfords for the rocker covers and it is fine but it has crazed on the sump because of the heat. So yeah I short, something like japlac enamel is great or 2pack lacquer over a base coat unless you are lazy
