Does anyone know if a late Series 2a motor is the same as a Series 3?

Mines showing increasing signs of needing attention.....weak, clunky and sticking......The wiper motor's not doing great either

Depends If you got the 1 motor to drive both arms or the older separate motor type

just the 1.....assume tis the same as a Series 3 but want to check before I attempt ordering parts

As far as I know yes they are the same
Take a look at Land Rover Series 1948-1984 | parts and spares | www.lrseries.com | L. R. Series
There should be something in there to confirm
