I have looked through this, does any one know the standard setting?:confused::confused::confused:

My TDi has been tweaked, performance is great but has a huge trade off on economy, about 20 - 25 mpg if i am lucky. not fun on long motorway journeys.:(:(

Also the black smoke on full acceleration turn silver cars black :D

hmmm perhaps you turned the "power screww" in too much?
i managed 1full turn and the smoke isnt too bad , performance is great and the fuel consuption is much better.

perhaps turn the power screw out half a turn , take it for a drive.. check the smoke levels and turn out more if the smoke is still plentyful.

mine also goes liek a bat out of hell when the power screw is turned in 2 full turns, but it smoked alot.. thus i turned the screw out 1full turn in the end.
works like a charm.

hehehe, then turn it out anyways ;-) lol....
my fuel consumption is much better after the tuning had been done.

ill replace all my intercooler piping at a later stage and hope to reach 1bar boost. in order to turn the power screw in a bit more.

hope you come right.
