Could you tell me how much an average 200tdi may cost.
I got an offer: 1500euros for 230.000kms (1300GBP, 145.000 mls)
I heared that you could get a decent tdi for a couple of 100s euros in England, so maybe they go quite expensive in Belgium.

Discovery 200tdis seem to be going for between £150 and £400 over here on eBay. The Defender versions go for more.

what is the difference between disco and defender TDIs? position of the turbo or..

not sure if it's the only difference but the discovery has the turbo under the exhaust manifold so you have to use a special pipe for the exhaust. Defender has the turbo on top.
Just picked up a defender engine for under £300!

Another difference not that it matters in any way is the front covers are also a different shape.
