Their is fuel leak in my 200tid injector pump
Actually fuels comes out from the air breather nut. (marked in red in the pic)

1. Can I fix it by my self without getting out the injector pump out?
2. What's the use of that air breather nut?
3. Can I close that hole completely?

You got fuel coming out of the breather, then you would be better served sending to a specialist or getting a spares and using that or taking the top off of it then refit the top of it to your pump.

2, it is to vent the space under the rubber diaphragm as its rises and falls with the turbos boost pressure
3, no

Try a google, it will have been done before by someone, dont search for 200 or 300 tdi, search for boach VE pump leak etc.
There are some vids on youtube showing how to rebuild VE pump, so have a watch and maybe you will see what seal has failed.

Only seal that can let fuel into there is the governor pin seal. Which is basically not removable on any of the VE pumps I have.

the pin that the boost piston contacts has a tiny o ring but it is not easy to get at

I would be very surprised if it can be removed. As on mine it is covered by a hinged flap to stop removal from the front of the pump, the flap rotates on a hinge pin which is held in place by a security cover ,which is a ball held in place by a swaged over indent , Have you ever seen the o ring replaced?

i have changed hundreds of the o rings in a former life. You need to use a drift on one of the balls just enough to drive the opposite ball out (DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE THE BALL RIGHT THRU), then turn it over and drift out the pivot pin which will drive out the other ball. You will find a sealing plug held in with allen key, remove that and you will see the set up for the oring it is held in with a hollow plug which can be removed with allen key to reveal the oring and sometimes a small sleeve too.
