Hi all,

Does anyone have link were I can see what parts are what on my Injection pump. I need to know what fuel pipes go where etc and where the solenoid wire goes.

Thanks

Rich

200tdi Fuel Pumps, seem to be my specialist subject at the moment

Solenoid wire goes on the spade end back drivers side of pump..

The fuel pipes to injector will only go in one place if still paired together.

re the other pipes front low down but on top is the feed from filter

return is at back of pump just above solenoid

will post a couple of pics up for you after i have braved the cold and been to the shed to take pics of mine, which is just back from a dodgy diesel specialist..

Where the bolt is not screwed down is where the feed from fuel filter comes in..

Hope that helps @Gun7354

Let me know if you need any more pics and i will dash to shed again..

Who got heavy handed with your pump? :p

Cheers

mishap, my mate missed the pin still being in when we were getting ready to start it and i was inside on the key..DOh

Not as heavy handed as the diesel specialist it went to for repair, who sent it to somewhere else who said it was contaminated and the head siezed... funny it has run pre going.. so came back allegedly after a partial strip down and rebuild

Took the head off thinking might try and swap them and make one good one out of two..

I found this

So moral of story don't send Bosch Ve pumps to Fastline @ Kettering as they no longer do them, and they sent it on to Another Diesels Specialist who are clearly some cowboys..
or didn't want the job

going to be a conversation with Diesel Bob on Monday i think.

Not 100% but believe it was Merlin Diesel, missing a spring washers and stuff not in right place and the rotor at bottom is not seated correectly and the rollers are not in there recess..

Not happy to say the least..

Thank you

Rich
