I'd advise you to say hello, introduce yourself...then post in the right place...have a look...what ever happened to reading???

pays yr money takes yr chance
buy cheap buy twice
ya man theres rite, but if ya cant run t top bollox shocks jus get as gud'a ones as ya can afford.n dont get wan'ko cheap'is.rekon av got them de-carbon ones on at minute,i ad procomps on but i thort thi wa ****,far t soft n wallowy.

Isnt the accent more posh in the west mids??

OME shocks seem to do the job..but as said, its all about budget and personal choice...
get fuk'ed!!!!!west midlands my arse.they all talk funny, not like wot i do,where im from wi talk a bit mor northern.

pro-comps are ****e, I'd recommend decarbons; I've had mine on over 6 years now, and given them a substantial amount of hammer........ ( now watch them go and disintigrate........) why yellow springs specifically? OME are yellow, as are some less reliable ones. Colour means naff all; you can always paint 'em!!

Oh yeah, and as Nogbad says, introduce yourself yer git, and do a search on lifts, shocks & springs, this has been discussed times! :p
