that's looking tidy and fair progress :)

by the way a Series has no difflock, only selectable 2 or 4 wheel drive along with high and low ratios

that is unless someone has fitted locking diffs in the axles, unlike the 90/110 models there is no centre diff

Nice project, be very careful running without water diesels heat up very quickly. Same goes stopping it on the handbrake be very careful, so easy to snap a half shaft.
Keep posting the pics, nice to see.

more progress but not with the series itself

I have built a clarke shelter for it to love in and work on as the garage is being used for other things, anyway a day later here it is

that's shelters awesome. might look for one of those for next winter to keep water out the cab when standing in rain.

soIe more progress today

got my table and workbench in, the bench onthe left it straight, just has angled sides

also set on with the windscreen and surround, I have the lucas wiper motors so I tested them, both worked, all kushdy, I then set on with taking out the 2 sheets of glass out, kindly the last owner in there haste they painted the whole thing with hammerite

I had to use a small screwdriver and scrape out the slots in the screws, all the surrounding paint also then flaked off too, after removing all the screws and prying off the brackets I found more joys from the last owner, they used pu sealant to secure the glass in, wonderful

in some areas it was up to half an inch thick so I spent most of the evening scraping it all off

plan now is to clean up the wiper motors, glass, brackets and surround, paint it then re assemble

some more little bits today, cleaned up some more of the glass but no photos as its pretty much the same as last night, but I did install some lighting
